What are my payment methods?


We offer two payment methods- feel free to use either.

1) COD (Cash on Delivery) only in UAE

2) Bank Transfers. If you wish to utilize this option, please email us at info@zagara-uae.com.




Can I return my purchase?


Yes, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving your fragrance if the product has not been opened.

You will have to take the responsibility of shipping the product back to us.

If the product has been hurt during the delivery journery, we will send across a new one.

How do I track my shipment?


Your shipment will be delivered by our very own Zagara Team Member! In our purchase confirmation email, you'll be able to see your expected time and date of delivery. Feel free to call us incase you'd like to change the date and timining. We'll try our best to match your schedule.
